Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has shown no support for metaverses and Web 3.0 ecosystems, refusing to show up for the use of keywords and marketing methods.

“I don’t see anyone with a scary face all day,” Musk said in an interview with Babylon Bee when asked about his views on the metaverse of the ecosystem. “I don’t know if I really take these things seriously, even though people talk to me a lot.”

Speaking of metavers and virtual reality (VR), Musk said he did not see a future in which he would have to leave the physical world to live in reality. Sharing a personal experience, he added that VR headsets often trigger bad behavior during video games:

“In the long run, a unique Neuralink can fully immerse you in specific realities.
Musk founded Neuralink, a neurotechnology company that primarily aims to allow the human brain to regenerate and improve fitness through computers.

“Right now, I can’t see any Web 3 metavers or marketing that is more marketable than it really is. I don’t understand and maybe I will, but I still don’t understand. ”
Musk also pointed out that people do not want to walk around with VR headsets without wanting to leave. He also remembers being warned when he grew up not to get too close to the TV:

“It’s going to ruin your vision, isn’t it? But now we have a TV here (face to face). Like me? Is it good for you?”

In addition to his role as a leading supporter of Dogecoin (DOGE), Musk recently voiced support for crypto, noting that it is indestructible and refers to the declining power of a central government. As Cointelegraph reported, Musk told the California Code Conference:

“Crypto cannot be destroyed, but governments can slow it down.”
He also suggested that the US government should “do nothing” when asked about its views on cryptocurrencies.
